Our escape to the Intercontinental Boston for New Year was unforgettable - exceptional staff, fabulous breakfast buffet, and top-notch security made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. the location was ideal, with everything within walking distance, and the hotel's waterfront setting was picturesque. the gym, valet parking, and room service were all excellent amenities that added to the overall experience. The room was comfortable, offering great views, but there were some issues with cleanliness and noise that affected our rest. Despite this, the hotel's beautiful lobby, bar, and restaurant, Miel Brasserie, provided a fantastic setting for our meals and drinks. the helpful concierge and efficient valet service contributed to a seamless stay, although some small hiccups were encountered with requests like fresh milk in the room. While the hotel was a bit on the pricey side, the value for the location and amenities offered was worth it. We appreciated the proximity to the subway and surrounding area, as well as the access to the waterfront patio and garden.
